These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpeakFluent ("the service"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

SpeakFluent is a digital platform that pairs users for live English-speaking practice via real-time text chat and peer-to-peer voice calls. A paid Premium pass unlocks additional features such as match filtering, unlimited call duration, and reconnecting with partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. By using SpeakFluent you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing of illegal content is prohibited.
  • Do not record other users without consent or misuse their personal information.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium subscription and payments

Premium is offered as a daily pass priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and valid until the next local midnight. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By purchasing, you authorise the charge for the stated amount. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Service Fulfillment pages for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software of SpeakFluent are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interactions between users or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
